    Confirmation Email & Invoice

    You will receive an email confirming your company formation order and a separate email containing your invoice.

    Forming Company

    Your new company’s details will be submitted to Companies House.

    Company Documents

    Once we receive confirmation from Companies House that your company has been set up we will provide you with your company documents via email.

    Set Up Business Bank Account

    As part of your formation package we will pass your details onto Barclays Bank, they will contact you about setting up an account.

    Corporation Tax Registration

    The HMRC will issue your company with its Unique Tax Reference Number by post – keep it safe as you will need in the future.
